The Human Rights Campaign Foundation survey results make JLL a “Best Place to Work”
Diversity & Inclusion is essential to JLL’s culture and something we actively foster. We’re delighted to celebrate another milestone and differentiator for our firm—earning a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for the third straight year!
CEI is a national benchmarking survey on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. JLL’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria resulted in the top ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality. JLL joins the ranks of 517 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.
“Our most valuable asset is our people, and we have made great strides to be a global organization that is inclusive of all backgrounds and experiences,” said Mary Bilbrey, Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas. “Achieving another perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index underscores our efforts to ensure all employees are valued and respected.”
