Recently, our very own Jay Alexander was featured on Leadership Insights Radio.  Jay talks with Wade Taylor about how JLL has implemented strategic and structural changes in its brokerage model to better benefit the needs of the client.  Listen in to hear how Jay has liberated the brokers that he leads by providing them great support services, as well as giving them the opportunity to specialize in areas of expertise, essentially eliminating wasted time for the client.
