If you are buy an office or industrial building here in Sorrento Mesa and your paying x dollars per square foot for it, your buying it obviously because you think its going to go up and give you a positive return in 5 years or 10 years. That’s what we offer, the ability to do in depth analysis, historical context, underlying economic data and project to you where that value is going to be.” – Jay Alexander
